We are always in need of pictures - for the Yearbook, for the web page, for Wilderness Weekly and many other uses! The next time you attend a school event, think about us when you're downloading your pictures. Simply copy the images from your camera or hard drive to a CD (please don't alter the size or resolution). Unfortunately we cannot take images from phones. Label the CD with the event name, grade (s) and drop in the PTA Box at the school. Front Desk can direct u to it It's that easy! Contact us if you have any questions. You can upload them directly yourself aswell. Thank you!

If you're doing volunteer work from home - record your hours and send them to our Volunteer Coordinator. Every hour counts, and we count every hour!

Our next VIPS workday is scheduled for January 10th from 9am-2:30pm

in the LGI.. Come for all or just part of the time. Remember to bring your

scissors and "Little Rangers" are welcome. Door Prizes and snacks provided.

VIPS Workday

VIPS (Volunteers in Public Schools) workdays are scheduled once a month to provide

a large number of volunteers for our WCE teachers/staff. Volunteers work on all grade

level projects provided by the teachers. The work consists anywhere from cutting,

coloring, making paper books, sorting paper, the list is endless. Not only is it a great way

to help out our teachers by freeing up their workload so they can devote more time to

teaching, it's a great time to meet other parents and volunteers at WCE. We understand

your time is precious and valuable - that's why we're happy with whatever amount of

time you can contribute. Come for all or just part of the time. Snacks will be provided.

Door prizes too! Remember to bring your scissors and of course your "Little Rangers

to be" are welcome too!

The Yearbook is coming together nicely this year. Our first deadline is very near and we are low on photos for a couple key events. We would like to try and get some photos from you.

PLEASE GET ANY PHOTOS TO US by this WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11.

If you have one or two photos from the events, please feel free to e-mail them to:

Go to Jostens' Image Share web site and log in with:

Click the (Choose File) button and navigate to where the photo is on your computer.
Click the [check box] that says I have read the terms and conditions for image usage.
Click (Upload Chosen Images)

When it prompts you to fill in details about the photos, please provide your contact information and any names or information you have about the students, staff, or event in the photos to help us to place your photo in the correct section of the yearbook. Note that we will try, but not all submissions will be used.

We would also love to share any candid photos of your classroom teachers and their students, or of students engaged in curriculum.
