Dear Parents,
WoodCreekElementary is hosting our fifth annual CAMP WOODCEEK. This community event will be held on Saturday, March 3th2012. We will have fun, family activities, food, games, and even a silent and live auction.
Each set of grade levels has been assigned a group of themes. We would like each child/family to donate a new item/items pertaining to their child’s grade level theme. If you would like to donate, please den your item to school with a description iteam, teachers name and estimated value. With an estimated value we will be able to have an approximate value of our baskets once they are completed.
We will place a designated box in each grade level pod to collect the items that you send in. Once all items are collected, the baskets will then be assembled and ready for The Camp WoodCreekSilent Auction.
