Order a recognition Ad  DEADLINE January 22 Design your dedication on the publisher's web site. It's $15.00 and you pay by credit card. You may do this even if you've already ordered via the order form...and you can order your book and ad at different times.

Note that at the top right of the window, there's a tutorial video, FAQs, HELP, and SAVE.

1. Size and Layout: only one size to choose from, 1/8 page for $15.00. Then click to choose from one of the 5 layouts shown.
2. Photos and Text: If you chose a layout with photos, there's a prompt on the left of the window to "Add Photos." When your photo appears, drag and drop it into the photo box on your ad to the right. Here a toolbar will pop up giving you the option to rotate, flip, zoom, or remove the photo. Click-and-drag on the photo to move it around inside the photo layout box. Click directly on the placeholder text to enter your dedication. The toolbar near the top of the window will let you change the font, size, and alignment of the text.
3. Purchase: When you are done with your photos and text, select "3 . Purchase" at the top bar. This will run a spell check and guide you through the purchase.

If you are graphics savvy and don't want to use the limited ad tools, you may read the FAQ on how to design your own recognition ad and e-mail it to the publisher. Remember that you must use the instructions for the 1/8 page sized ad.

Go to Jostens' Image Share web site and log in with:

User ID: 400112686

Password: ranger2012

• Click the (Choose File) button and navigate to where the photo is on your computer.
• Click the [check box] that says I have read the terms and conditions for image usage.
• Click (Upload Chosen Images)

When it prompts you to fill in details about the photos, please provide your contact information and any names or information you have about the students, staff, or event in the photos to help us to place your photo in the correct section of the yearbook.

Note that we will try, but not all submissions will be used.
